These things are no joke. Way more effective than regular pushups—shoulders, chest, core all fired up. The rotating handles make a difference, and they’re super sturdy. A real step up for at-home workouts.

I have been using the Perfect Pushup V2 for a week now and what a difference these made to my pushup routine. The single biggest benefit is that my wrists no longer ache after doing 70-80 pushups. The natural range of motion on your hands as you cycle through each pushup is very natural feeling. The cushioned grips also really help keep things comfortable on the palms. I find that you get a deeper downstroke to your pushups which really works the whole chest, triceps and shoulders better than the conventional pushup. Quality is excellent - bearings are smooth and silent and each pushup handle is sturdy but not overly heavy.
