I bought these because of the price and the quantity I got damn near a years worth for whatever it was 20$ or 30$. This is the first b vitamin that I’ve bought that had the ER-extended relief stuff in it which I love. Theirs no crash at all you take it and (usually) within an hr tops you feel the pick me which is the instant part and then the ER slowly dissolves throughout the rest of your day and when I was on a campaign at work I’d take it in the morning and twelve hrs later when I got off and even after when I was at home 16 hrs later I never did get the drop off which is a blessing it truly is that alone is why I stopped taking B vitamins years ago. Not only that but you only have to take one pill a day whenever your morning is. The only side affect I’ve noticed with them is that they do turn your urine a bright fluorescent yellow, lime green, or orange depending on your hydration level lol but it doesn’t have a bad odor or stain your underwear or anything off putting though so I’ll definitely be buying another supply when I run out of these. Also just a note like any and all medications/feelable vitamins you can and will develop a tolerance to these where they won’t work as good as when u first started taking them (they’ll still work you just won’t feel them like you did in the beginning) and I have narcolepsy plus horrible untreated sleep apnea so I need every energy boost I can get so what I do is I only take mine on the days that I’m actually doing something. If I’m just planning on sitting home all day and hangin out and it’s a weekend I’ll skip taking the vitamin that morning or those two mornings whatever. This way your body’s always guessing and I find these particular type of vitamins give you better results if you use them as such (little trick I picked up while I was doing bodybuilding shows) it’s up to you just my personal tip. Update: After discussing my very high b12 blood levels with my Dr. again she said it’s fine and feels that these supplements are actually ok to continue taking... she explained that they aren’t actually toxic at high levels and preferable to low levels... but it’s just unnecessary. She said to resume taking them every other day or by breaking them in half. So.... My labs do reflect their effectiveness and that they work very well! I’ll attach a pic of the tablets broken in half - was very easy to do it with a knife... no pill cutter needed. When broken in half a 250ct bottle will last 500 days! Awesome! Original review: I have had 3 bottles of these and I do feel energy with them so I take them in the AM. If I take them in the evening I will be up all night... I knew there was probably too much in them based on my bright yellow urine even when well hydrated but it wasn’t until today that i realized what an overkill they may be. My blood panel just came back showing my b12 at 1477. (Normal range is 200-1100) this one has 4,167% of the recommended b12. ** It’s important to understand that the actual high level of B12 in the blood isn’t a bad thing (not toxic at high levels) as long as it’s from B supplements or b12 injections... if your b12 is naturally high that could be an indication of a serious health problem.

Based on some bloodwork, my Drs recommended I take folic acid daily, which is found in B Complex. I tried others, but definitely could tell they'd wear off. Even took some at night to help sustain my levels. But I can definitely tell a difference with these! I'm more focused and maintain better energy throughout the day. Don't have to take daily nap to make it through. And I work in a high-stress, high-speed call center, so being tired isn't an excuse, lol.. I chose this brand again after having great results from other vitamin supplements and experienced the continued benefits. I've increased my vitamin supplement routine with this brand specifically and due to multiple chronic health conditions, some brands work for a while (if at all) but then wear off.. Hoping to continue with improving results!
