Yes! I love to use as a toner as well! Very hydrating!

Would this work well to set makeup? I'm looking for a mist that provides a dewy finish, but not sure if this is moisturizing enough.

This is super dewy finish! If you do use as a setting mist spray on a beauty sponge because it does dry down a little heavy. But it leaves such a pretty finish
