This is my first label printer and so I don't have much insight, however it was very easy to install and get it working after you find the right software to pair it up with.

None of the drivers work with any computer. I tried my macbook and doesn't work. my desktop won't work. Find a better printer than this.

I like the machine now I can make my own labels

Love this label printer! It has saved me so much time and paper, when it wants to work properly. A lot of times it skips labels or will print a label and run half of another label out of the printer. I’ve wasted many labels due to this issue.

Does not support multiple printer font options, only a few basic ones. Cannot create detailed barcode templates with special Bold text options. But works well for a basic bar code printer.

fantastic printer! Works very well and extremely easy to set up. You have to print off a couple test pages first to get the printer head working properly and make sure to do the auto-align feature. So far I printed printed probably 50 labels without any issues. A++++ would buy again!
