I was very disappointed with this product. The bottle cap was defective and could not be properly opened because the threading was damaged. Despite several attempts, the cap remained stuck, making it impossible to use the vitamins. This is very frustrating and unacceptable for a new product. I have decided to return it and request a full refund. Please improve your packaging quality to avoid such issues in the future.

I've been taking ON Multi for several years now and its easily my favorite Multi-Vitamin. I do not have any issues swallowing the capsules as some do. Vitamins are potent and work very well. Been using this product for many many years now, and had great results with my performance in and out of the gym. It's got all your essential vitamins plus amino acids. But please do drink plenty of water as you will be making your toilet neon.
