It works very well, especially after you adjust the tension knob on the bottom to you liking. It has plenty of buttons to do what you need it to do, the biggest boon, it Elites keymapping to be able to press combo buttons for different effects. **Q: Can you detach the throttle but still use it? Say if I wanted to mount the throttle on the left arm of my chair, and the flight stick on the right?** A: The throttle handle is designed for the left hand.
