Excellent training aid. The weighted ball end gives your forearms, shoulders, chest and mid section a workout. Drastically improves flexibility. Well built, good quality materials.

The product does what it advertises, and is helping with my swing. I would however do 1 thing differently - get the smaller size. The stick for someone my height is a fraction longer than my driver. I would rather use it to practice irons, so should have got the shorter option.

I think this could be the best tool I've found to help get the swing into tune. Forces the weight to transfer and pulls the hips around. I don't feel any head speed increase or notice it in distance but body feels better. And with our range being closed due COVID, it provides a great, quick warmup.
