Perfect before bed for sleep
6-7 Before bed gives a potent natural dose of selenium, great for relaxation and our brain. A bit overpriced. Other brands are cheaper and also work.

The best Brazil nuts we ever had. They have a rich buttery taste and are super good for you delivering you a daily load of Selenium. We eat 2 a day to get the right amount of selenium. Always fresh, organic, and a very high quality. Have to keep them in stock in our house. Once opened we keep them in the refrigerator so they won't get stale. We could eat the whole bag but you cannot since you would get too much selenium. Probably 4 or 5 is the limit on these to avoid getting too much selenium.

I’m low on selenium and these are a great source

I love these nuts. I eat 2/day to make sure I get enough selenium. Plus they're delicious. So much better than just swallowing supplements.
