I usually take the capsule one as prescribed by my doctor to take especially during the period. But I just saw this recently and tried but regret doing so, there is this metallic taste that stays in your mouth and it makes me nauseous. It makes me feel worse.

Fizzy iron tablets that dissolve very quickly in water so they are easy to take and more effective at absorption than traditional iron tablets. The taste isn't too bad either - was expecting them to taste like that strange chemical orange taste you sometimes get with similar supplements but they didn't, it was a much milder and agreeable flavour. You do get a very small gritty looking sediment at the bottom of the glass that doesn't taste quite so nice but once you've knocked it back, it doesn't linger
