仕事に行く前や筋トレする前に、このBCAAに粉飴を入れてワークアウトドリンクとして飲んでます。 かなりエネルギーが持つのでコスパのいい栄養ドリンク代わりになるのでオススメ。 BCAAの味もすっきりしたりんご味で飲みやすい。

これでextend社のbcaaは三本目です。ブラッドオレンジ、パインが無くなりそうだったので、口コミが良かったグリーンアップルを買いました。で、1番甘いし、甘ったるい。筋トレ中に飲んだら、喉が渇く甘さです。なのでクエン酸を別途購入して、5gのクエン酸とbcaa1.5杯半を1Lで割って飲んだら、酸味が出て飲みやすくなりました。味はクエン酸を入れたからかクセが無く良い感じです。
