If im using a pore shrinking product like misoskin, what order would this ginseng serum fall under?

Is it good for oily skin?

Hi there, if your skin is oily, it might be too rich for you. If you are looking for a hydrating serum, then how about trying klairs soothing serum? I think this serum is more suited for oily skin. Thank you :)

Should this be used before or after Klairs vitamin c serum?

Definitely AFTER your Vitamin C serum! Vitamin C is considered an "active" and should be used before hydrating/targeted treatment serums like this (AMAZING, btw) one. Typically in Asian Beauty this is more of a PM serum (since it's nice and thick with anti-aging properties that work overnight) it's recommended at night to: oil cleanse/remove makeup --> low pH foaming/cream/gel cleanser --> pH adjusting toner (acids like your Vitamin C work better at a lower pH) --> Actives! These in the order you'd use them are: BHA (ie. Salicylic Acid), AHA (ie. Mandelic, Lactic, or Glycolic Acid) then Vitamin C. Try to wait 15-20 minutes in between for full absorbtion and effectiveness. Then... Hydrate! Use a layering Use a hydrating toner, serum or 3, ampoules, sheet mask, humectant moisturizing cream or gel, oils and then seal with an occlusive moisturizer. I know that's a lot but it's a gift to yourself to take the time to self-care. Check out the blog fanserviced-B for a visual routine and explanation that's WAY better than I could ever hope to!😆

Does this lighten skin?

No. And I ectually didn't see any benefits from this serum. Waste of money.
