Unfortunately , after ordering this product I discovered that the daily intake of Collagen should be 10g a day and this product has only 1600 mg for the 3 recommended capsules per day ! Thats why many reviews of this product are saying they felt no difference after taking this product for 3 months , because it doesn't have enough Collagen ! Try other product with higher collagen doses

I purchased this to support skin, joint, and overall collagen levels. Easy to take, no weird taste, and I like that it includes multiple collagen types in one supplement. Solid quality brand.

I bought these to add to my vitamin routine. They are easy to take and don't upset the stomach, they actually seemed to help with my husband's IBS so that was a big plus.

I decided to get this multi collagen supplement so I could get the full benefit of the collagen amount by taking the 3-pill dosage without getting the extra biotin (2 of these pills and 1 from the multi-collagen w/biotin). I've had bad experiences with taking a high mcg amount of biotin in the past. I wasn't taking good supplements back then and I was left with acne and biotin that was flushed through my system rather than being absorbed properly. I found Sports Research's biotin supplement and have been very happy with the results. The hair around my face is filling in nicely, my lashes and eyebrows have grown as well (I take bamboo, too, which works well with biotin). I purchased Sports Research's multi-collagen with biotin but only take one pill to get the extra 1000 mcg of biotin but I'm missing out on the full benefit of the multi-collagen I'd get if I were taking the 3-pill dosage, so I got these, without the biotin! I'm a woman in my mid-fifties and after a couple of weeks, I can see how much better my acne-prone skin has gotten and my hair is continuing to look healthy and is getting thicker. You gotta stay consistent, take your pills every day! Sports Research is an amazing company and their products are wonderful! Absorption is key and they formulate their supplements to make sure they absorb!

Female. 32. No children. I started taking hydrolyzed collagen in February 2025. My friend bought me a bag from Trader Joe’s and when that was finished I found a container of the Sports Research Hydrolyzed collagen at Homegoods and gave it a shot. I really didn’t notice anything but I figured it takes time. I decided to try the capsules because it thought it would be convenient and easy. Well I’m very forgetful and you take them three times a time so most days I can take all three if I’m lucky but a lot of times I end up only taking two a day. With that being said I have recently started noticing my nails growing very long and not breaking or becoming brittle on the edges. I have never had strong nails and have even let them stay long for several weeks to see if they will naturally break, tear or catch on anything. So far minimal need for cleaning up the edges. My goals for taking the collagen were to have stronger, healthier hair and skin. I would say it’s a positive sign to see it working on the nails first.
