Initially I was very sceptical because of the cheap case. But thought just give it a try before judging a book by its cover. I'm glad I did.this tablet turned out to be a Cadillac tablet in a volkwagon case. The only thing it could use is a little better battery but all tablets could use that.my battery lays about as long as my galaxy phone battery lasts. The mechanics of the tablet have a lot of high end components. This tablet was designed by American designers and only assembled in China to those designers specifications. It is very fast responding.it can multi task without bogging down.I've had up to 15 simultaneous web pages open with no loss in speed. It is a little heavy so the case made specifically for this tablet comes in real handy.I can set it on the table instead of holding it for long periods. It even has a mini hdmi plug do you can watch those streaming videos on your tv. ### ⭐ Great Hardware but Broken Out of Box *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2016* After charging for the recommended 10 hours(!) the tablet booted into factory diagnostics - in Chinese no less. After powering down and back the tablet landed on a screen with the Android robot on his back with an exclamation over it and the text "No command." underneath. Apparently the OS was only partially installed! It should've been possible to recover the system from there, but the hardware key used to select options from the reset/recovery menu (Volume Up) was not working.I bought this tablet - which indeed has an impressive array of hardware features - as a birthday gift for my 8 year old daughter. Needless to say its failure was a major disappointment.Such low or non-existent quality control standards is 100% unacceptable. Beware. I returned the item for a refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OK so first...HOLY CRAP. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2016* I normally never write reviews but this product is definitely worth saying something about. The tablet is awesome. I'll begin with the shipping. I don't know how they did it but I ordered this on a Friday night at exactly 11:59am and had the laptop in my hand before 2pm on Saturday. During the wait I read all the reviews that were on here, bad ones too. I was kinda getting nervous and thinking "well, if it's crap i'll just return it." I have to say, as soon as I turned it on I was impressed. This thing is so fast. Downloading, opening apps, everything is so smooth. I really does look like a quality tablet. The size: it's funny how you can use a 7 inch tablet and think you don't have need for a larger screen. But after using a 10.1 inch screen...wow, world of a difference. And please understand, this is coming from a tech person. I've had the flagship, bank-breaking tablets and this is definitely comparable. Of course time will how it ages and performs after more usage.
