Is this just a saline nasal spray? What are the ingredients?

Sudafed Nasal Spray is a typical nasal decongestant. It's not a saline solution. Sudafed blocked nose spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline, which is used in almost all better nose sprays. However, being very effective it's gentler than most without causing excessive dryness in your nose cavities.

How does this differ from Afrin? You cant use Afrin after 3 days of use. Does the same apply to this as well?

You can use Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray for up to seven days.

The box I have has the active ingredient, xylometazoline hydrochloride, listed on the front. I don't know why it isn't shown on the picture. It is listed in the product description.
