I don't strap the drill in because it's in and out so much, but it hasn't fallen out. Well balanced. I'd give it 5 starts, but the locking clip should be something easier to open like a snap or clasp, and open and close quickly (with one hand). The velcro that holds the strap up out of the way should be a magnate, not velcro that wears out. I haven't used the other pockets or bit holders, so I can't speak to that.
