What exactly is the 2.4g blend on the nutrition label? Aren't the three ingredients listed above supposed to be the only ones in "ZMA"?

This is Now Foods proprietary blend of those ingredients. Looks like the ingredients are the same just in proprietary blend. Hope this helps.

Here is information from the manufacturer's website on this product: ZMA® is a combination of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6 designed to maximize absorption and to promote recovery from exercise.* Zinc plays a central role in the regulation of cellular growth and tissue repair, as well as the maintenance of a healthy immune system.* Magnesium is essential for the maintenance of electrolyte balance, energy production and normal neuromuscular function.* Because physical activity can increase the need for these two minerals, ZMA® is the ideal supplement to aid in their replenishment.*Suggested UsageAs a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily (men) or 2 capsules daily (women), preferably on an empty stomach, 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.

What is the source of the gelatin please ?

It’s beef gelatin (bovine) from North America. You can probably find a vegan friendly ZMA from the same company if that is what you are interested in. I know that NOW offers vegan products as well. Hope this helps.

Great Supplement for Overall Performance.

Great product to keep your immune system strong and helps to prevent muscle cramping as well as improving quality of sleep. You WILL NOT feel a miraculous difference in your fitness when taking ZMA but you will definitely notice your sleep quality worsen when you stop taking.
