I suggest you use msm cream along with another alpha hydroxy serum (like physician's formula), especially at night. The aha serum helps to exfoliate your skin, assisting the msm cream to penetrate deeper for it to work even better. Alternatively, you could use it right after using your Clarisonic/ home microdermabrasion system which pretty much does the same thing as an aha. The key is to be very regular in using the cream. I use it only at night, every single day.
