I love this thing. It is very stable when extended, folds slim, strong, and fits my minimalist + on the go lifestyle. The glue was not enough for the long haul so I did have to epoxy the stand onto the back of my phone case but that was fine by me.

It's really the perfect stand! I have had three of these (because the others were attached to phones that I sold), and have tried other designs, but none were as good as this. As for for the adhesive, it's plenty strong enough. Wash your hands. Clean your phone case well with Windex or vinegar. Dry it thoroughly. The wipe it down with rubbing alcohol, and dry it very well. Peel the backing from the adhesive and press the stand firmly into place, holding for about a minute. Then be careful with it for the first 24 hours. Do not try to use this on a frosted, or textured case, nor a case that is made from silicone, and you'll be fine. It works very well, whether you stand the phone vertically or horizontally. You can always buy double-sided tape or 3M adhesive strips if you want or need to reposition it, or move it to a new phone. The current stand is now attached to it's 2nd phone, and has been for well over a year.

I purchased this 3 years ago. Used it for a while and then got a new phone case with a built-in kickstand so I didn’t need it anymore. Until the built-in kickstand on my new phone case broke. I was able to replace the broken kickstand with this ESR kickstand. This comes with at least 2 adhesives. So this kickstand had been on this purple phone case for about 18 months. The adhesive just gave way so I replaced it now in March 2025. This is better than the built-in kickstand that broke. I applied it to the “well” where I removed the broken kickstand. It’s flush with the rest of the case and I think this helps keep it from falling off, especially since I keep my phone in my pockets a lot. Initially I was able to make it stand in portrait orientation, but after a couple of phone drops it weakened the hinge so now I can only use it in landscape mode (unless I lean it on something). I would 100% buy this again. In fact when I need a new phone case I’ll prob get one similar to this purple case where I can remove the built-in kickstand and replace it with an ESR kickstand. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a phone case with ALL the features I want (camera cover and kickstand that works in both portrait and landscape orientation).

I've been using this kickstand for about a week now and for what it is and for the price it's really good. You just can't beat 11 dollars, however there are a few things I've noticed. Cons - • the the adhesive on the kickstand itself is weak • after one shift of working with my phone in my pocket, the kickstand nearly came off by itself in mt pocket. • the weak adhesive also made the stand itself wonky and awkward to use standing up. You could angle it differently to provide more structure but it still left me wanting more. Pros - • luckily there is a solution for the weak adhesive. When you unpack the little kickstand you'll notice it uses a 3m adhesive strip. I bought a pack of 3m adhesive strips for 6 dollars, cut it out for the length to the kickstand and all the cons immediately went away. It's stronger than ever! • it uses real steel/metal so it's very durable however it does add some weight which may be a con for some people. • and finally it's simple, no fuss, and works everytime you need it to. My advice is to immediately get some 3m strips and help your little kickstand buddy out and it won't disappoint you. Overall, I would recommend this product if you're like me and you have a case without a kickstand built in. That being said, I would recommend to find a case with a built in kickstand if possible and please do not attach this kickstand to the back of your bare phone. However some cases with kickstands are not the greatest therefore this is a fine substitute for what it is. Just add your own adhesive strip! It'll make it putrude slightly but you'll be happy when you can brush your teeth and have your phone stand up stable. This is an accessory you don't realize you need until you have it so just take the chance, make yourself happy and give it a shot. This little thing is so durable I'll just remove it from my s25 ultra when I stop using it and attach it with another 3m adhesive strip when I get another phone in the next 5 years. If it doesn't last for 5 years then oh well I'll just buy another one! But for the week I've had it it's a fantastic purchase

Great Functionality, Adhesive Could Be Better I really like this iPhone kickstand overall. The stand itself works great—I can watch movies horizontally or set it up vertically for video calls with no problem. It feels sturdy and holds the phone at a good angle. The only downside was the adhesive. It didn’t stick very well at first, and I ended up using a bit of super glue to keep it secure. Once I did that, it’s been perfect.

Though for a phone, I wanted a kickstand for my Steam Deck LCD model and from what I experienced this is a great and sturdy stand for an item heavier then a phone, it doesn’t fall off which is a great sign that it’s adhesive is strong and it’s simple which personal I like no big logo or crazy difference in looks for my black device! If your worried that once it’s sticks it’s stuck I would say don’t worry I had to change back plates and I was able to move the stand off one back to the other as long as you don’t damage it too much you should be fine!

I liked the concept but the adhesive just didn’t hold up. Customer service was great and they gave me a refund, so that was great.

This kickstand is now a must have. Historically, I always used Spigen Tough Armor because I loved the kickstand. My last phone, the Motorola Edge Plus 2023, had no Spigen case available. So I picked up a liquid air case and popped one of these on it. That was 2 years ago. The kickstand is still on the case and still works amazingly. Yeah the paint has chipped and scratched off in a few spots, but it still is holding on with the original 3M adhesive like a champ. Today, I just put one on my Spigen Slim case on my Pixel 9. Absolutely love this product and cringe reading the poor reviews. I will not say I think it should be placed directly on a glass back, but I can say 💯 it grips a case like a champ. High quality product worth every penny.
