The door anchor came with very weak sewing so it cut off during the first use

Loosing one star for the fact that its not a genuine TRX and it was hard for me to not give this product 5 stars. I was very sceptical after reading some of the negative ratings. I have the real deal tactical TRX suspension so therefor had a certain expectation but without putting them side by side, I can't see or feel any difference other than the color and the door anchor which feels cheaper but I haven't used that so far. So to summarise it was a real positive surprise. Value for money deserves 5 stars. In fact I am quite annoyed I dished out a fortune for the originals. But it is a fake product and therefor its only 4 stars.

Good quality but not original The photos are misleading and it was better to put the real photos and be honest …. I’m ok with the product but not sure about the reviews that mentioned a part which is important for safety…. Will try in one workout if good I will keep , or I will return and refund

Good as basic kit. Doing the job

Ce système permet de faire uen séance de sport qui mobilise les différents groupes musculaires avec le poids du corps. Permet de s'adapter en permanence sur la difficulté souhaitée. Pas de blessure possible, pas de charges... Très grande qualité du produit, et pas de nécessité de changer les accessoires entre poignées pour les mains ou sangles pour les pieds.

Great product, works as advertised. Good deal from supplier, was purchased as used but product looks like it was never used. The exercises are easy to learn and provide a great workout. I'm a long distance runner and had some problems with my knees and hips, this program helped me build strength and increased my overall flexibility. My running has been improved since using the TRX trainer. My hips, knees and lower back are all in better shape now. I work out 3 times per week on the TRX trainer and run the other days of the week.

I saw this being used on an Armed Forces news show. It seemed simple enough to use and small enough to store and pack anywhere. How right I was! The TRX attaches to just about anything and your bodyweight provides the resistance you'll need for a wide variety of strength training exercises. If at any point it feels to easy, simply change your leverage to make it more difficult. I use this on my non-running days to build strength in my arms, chest, abs, and back. There are a wide variety of exercises included on the DVD and literature in the box. If that's not enough, there are fitness card decks, multiple websites, and youtube videos dedicated to showing you new ways to use this equipment. Since it packs up to about the size of a baseball glove and ball(including the optional door anchor), I have no issues taking it with me overseas, to the park, or even just to a friend's house. Like any fitness equipment, it works best with a healthy diet and regular use. But if you don't like going to gyms, or don't have the time to travel there and work out, TRX offers the benefits without the travel time or sharing of equipment.
