I bought this lamp for them to walk to and from it, it has received quite a few punches and one time it didn’t turned on, but just have to unscrew and screw it to fix it. It’s not a torch but the job is done, no need to light the whole house to go to the bathroom at night.

A: Hi Donna! It is not possible to replace the bulb in our flashlights. I am sorry I couldn't be more help with your situation.

**Q: My daughter was given this flashlight, the instructions were thrown away. Can someone give the directions on how to open battery compartment?**
A: It's at my daughter's home, but it think a small Phillips-head screwdriver was required.  Seems like a lot of trouble, but it also keeps the kid from opening it and swallowing a battery.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Does this light have an auto off feature?**
A: It does not, and the light is also pretty dim.

**Q: Can you replace the plastic lens**
A: Short answer is: I do not know if the lens maybe replaced. Overall have not been happy with the product due to the dimness of the light and weight of the product.
