I FILLED a suitcase with them when I took a trip to Greece... these are the next best thing. California Pistachio are chewy and meaty... but not in a good way. These are smaller, but crisp and light. They were shipped to me within a day of ordering, and I would swear that these were freshly roasted, just for me!
