This is a neutral "peachy bronze" shade and my favorite. It is not shimmery and blends nicely. I use cosmetic sponges to apply and spread evenly. There is a mirror on the back of the blush and enough space to store a round sponge. Hope this helps. There is another color that is a blend of pinks that I also have and wear more in warmer months.

I can't decide if I should get the rose or the natural blushing?

It depends on your undertones. Blushing rose is best for cool toned skin. That means pink undertones, look good in silver but not gold jewelry Blushing natural is best for neutral toned skin. Peach/orange undertones and can wear either gold or silver jewelry. Blushing peach is best for warm toned skin. Yellow/golden undertones, look better in gold jewelry. Blushing berry is a more intense pink that will work best for darker skin tones of any undertone as it doesn't have any skin-tinted colors to 'water it down'.

How do these multi-colored blushes compare with the PF murumuru butter blushes? I'm trying to decide which one to buy

Never used the butter blushes so I can’t compare. I like the multi colored blushes very much and have bought it several times in the past.

Is there a Physician's Formula highlighter powder for very fair skin?

My skin is on the fair side and I love this particular powder because there is such a combination of colors in it that it equals out on my skin to be a really nice soft shade of pink.
