So glad I tried these, I have been taking a different Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement for several years but decided to try these because of the additional ingredients, found that these work better than what I had been taking! They suggest four a day with food but I take two in the morning with breakfast and the relief seems to last 24 hours, felt the difference in a matter of days. In the morning I can stand up easily and start walking comfortably. I (F81) told my brother (M79) about them because he also has knee problems, hope they work as well for him.

I take this as a preventive supplement to help my joints. It seems to be helping.

It helps my joint pain not be excruciating. It has a healthy dose of turmeric in it. I’ve taken it for about 7-8 years. Then again, I’ve only taken 1/2 the dose, but am slowly increasing to a full dose. I’m able to move about and be mobile which equals to independence, & independent living. The best kind of living because then a person doesn’t have to be dependent or rely on another for daily lifestyle needs, if a person doesn’t want to or have to. *No stomach discomfort as noted in “ideas.”

They do not have a taste nor after taste. Seem to feel less discomfort in my joints when I take them consistently!

Eleven year old pit bull now able navigate threes steps needed to get in and out of the house. Not like a puppy but not like he's intoxicated. I have long been confident it works for me.

Initially I thought that I had found something to help ease my discomfort. Now I do not think so! I continued to take it because I had paid for it! This product is not worth the price for me. My pain is still unbearable most days and the only thing that seems to work is the hot shower daily! These are my experiences! I am on the second bottle and will not be getting any more!

Was doubtful of this product, been take the recommended dose of 4 a day and happy to say my hips are hurting a lot less and my knees aren't popping anymore! Will definitely continue to take this product wish I can give it 10 Stars! Update. Knew it was to good to be true 😢, been taking the 4 capsule dose daily, did good for the 1st month, now into 2nd month, hip pain for the most part is still gone, only a little (very bearable) amount has came back, but the knees! They back to hurting 💯. Forget stairs!
