NOT ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES
The cartridges are fake, not original. After few prints, the printer makes a loud noise and the print is faded with black mark on the side. I had to have my printer checked thinking that there's a problem with the printer. The chip on the cartridge was broken and replaced.

Nunmehr habe ich diese Tonerkassette in meinen Drucker eingesetzt und über die Druckersoftware via Windows bei HP verifiziert. Die Tonerkartusche wurde als Original verifiziert und der Drucker zeigt sie als voll an. Damit ist alles gut, und ich kann den Kauf dieses Toners weiterempfehlen. Der Einbau dieses Toners in den Drucker ist übrigens kinderleicht. Das ist von HP hervorragend gelöst. Und zudem gibt es von HP ein Recyclingprogramm für original HP Toner. Leere Tonerkartusche kann man kostenlos an HP zurücksenden. Wie das geht, steht auf dem Faltblatt, das in jeden Tonerkarton beiliegt.

I really am not excited about giving this product 5 stars. It is so blasted expensive...they know it, and I know it. But I tried 3 other "top rated" replacement cartridges on Amazon, and they all were two to three stars at best. Faded colors, streaks, leakage, inaccurate reports, etc. The magenta replacement was a complete disaster on two different brands, one of them, highly rated on amazon left a 4 inch solid streak of magenta along the entire page! We thought we ruined the print drum. This HP cartridge does a perfect job. It makes me bitter. The streak was immediately gone and the color tone was perfect on all documents. This is a wonderful replacement and I should have just trusted HP all along. We are a homeschool family, and we print a TON of documents. We cannot afford our printer to be out of ink or working improperly. Once this has been installed I have ZERO complaints and by golly, the documents do look good. Thanks HP, but please...lower your price!
