I’ve used this product for decades. It works great and it’s not have it for me.

I have taken this product on and off since 2014. Heres the good and the bad of what I have learned throughout the years. This isn't a vitamin...don't take it everyday. It's tempting because it makes you feel so much better but after about a week you may experience a sore stomach lining, electrolyte imbalance and trouble sleeping. I find taking it 2 times a week keeps everything moving without being too hard on the body. I drink Ultima electrolyte every day. I live in a hot and humid environment and drinking one a day helps with my immunity and keeping my electrolytes in check. I don't take these at night as instructed. They disrupt my sleep when taken at night. I get very thirsty so I'm constantly waking up to drink water. Also maybe the stomach churning causes sleep disruption for me. I struggle with a full nights sleep naturally so for those who are sound sleepers, this may not be an issue. I take mine in the morning or early afternoon. I had a colonoscopy and colon HAD darkened. I was freaked out but my gastroenterologist said it wasn't dangerous and maybe just ease up on the amount I was taking. At the time I was taking these 7 days a week and eating a high fiber diet. I also had an injury and was taking large amounts of ibuprofen so my digestive track was a disaster. A few years ago I switched to a low carb diet. Best thing I ever did. My body hates fiber. If you're a slow mover like me it's something to look into it. According to my mother I was a slow mover even as a young child so this is genetic. I can be relaxed or stressed...it doesn't matter. I have to make sure I walk everyday and hydrate. No wheat and limited fruit and vegetables. I rarely eat fruit and when I do its just berries and just a few. Limit sugar and quit smoking and drinking. So do what works for you. This is what worked for me. I got tired of my stomach issues so I had to make changes and that involved a lot of trial and error. I almost always choose holistic options over pharmaceuticals. That said, this product worked for me. I took one capsule the first night and noticed improvement. The second night, I took two and experienced real relief. If you’re currently taking or have recently taken medications, keep in mind they can sometimes affect how well natural remedies work. The body may need time to rebalance. Postpartum, I used Colace as recommended by my doctor and the hospital, but I personally prefer this more natural option. It was effective for me and I would purchase again.

These have completely improved my stomach/constipation problems OVERNIGHT! I would recommend starting with one & working your way up to 2 if needed.
