Did anyone experience a detox when starting?

Yes.  I started taking one capsule three times a day right before a meal, about a week ago.  I feel like I have a mild flu.  I'm going to empty half of the powder out and just take 1/2 a dose and see how that goes.   By the way, I've lowed my fasting glucose by 20 pts in the morning.  I don't want to stop taking this because I think it's helping me, but I do not like this flu like feeling.

since so many pharmaceuticals are now produced in China. is there any way to tell if this is also produced in China? i couldn't get a straight answer

Is this product fully absorbed? i read that dihydroberine is the preferred form to get almost 100% bioavailability. regular berebrine is only 20%.
