Got mine today and directly put into use. Absolutely fabulous bench. Built quality on point. Ease to use. Came with instructions, Workout CD and piece resistant ban. Perfect.

Very Compact for a small place
Great multi functional bench very small and compact and will fit any place, the only problem I see is its very uncomfortable when you have to lie down.

Good for short people who don’t mind resting their head on a rock.
Great build quality but it’s not soft to put your head on. It’s fairly small in length. Don’t buy if you’re above 165cm because your head will be floating off the bench.If this was longer and had a cushion top it would’ve been excellent.
