When i set temperature 200° and timer 15 minutes, why its decreasing automatically after few minutes and how to avoid this?

This is wired, it does not happen with me like this. It supposed to be the same temperature that you have chose. Only timer will reduce because it is under cooking and it will stop after the timer reaches zero.
