    Great Juice; Packing?

Tastes like real juice; sometimes I add just a dash of organic sugar.  Is a great antioxidant.  This gets only 4 stars due to the....PACKAGING.  Order arrived in an open box, and only 1 bottle out of the 4 pack of the Smart Juice Juice Tart Cherry Org ordered was inside.  The box was neither sturdy enough nor sealed tightly enough to withstand transport.  Now, this is the second time an Amazon.com order I placed arrived in an open box with missing order items. How many snafus does it take to adapt best practices for packing before Amazon Prime members switch gears to the rising competition?
