Decksaver DS-PC-APUSH2 - Ableton Push 2 Cover

I use the Push 2 occasionally in music production with Live, and because of it’s form factor, Push has a more or less permanent place on my desk. While I’m working, though, so does my cat. She has long hair and sheds a lot, especially now in the Spring. I didn’t think I’d really need a cover for it, but as I watched the cat walk over or (shudder) on top of the Push, I realized this would lead to a mess and possibly shorten the life of the controller with hair and debris getting between the case and the pads. While researching the options, Decksaver seemed to be the only ready-made cover that precisely fit the device. I don’t have time to build a DIY solution, and I don’t want to use the bulky original packaging, having packing foam sitting on my desk. The Decksaver is somewhat flexible, but sturdy, and fits the Push 2 perfectly, covering it precisely and not overly tightly, with openings around the power and cable areas in the back. It covers the sides and leaves room to protect the knobs on top of the Push. All of the above are important because when kitty (9 lbs.) steps on top of it, it doesn’t slip off. For what it is, it does feel a bit pricey, especially when comparing to my turntable which included its cover. But it’s made in England, if that matters to you, and it does feel sturdy enough. I’ve always felt a bit ridiculous shelling out for cases, stands, and covers for gear that often are quite pricey themselves. But I decided it’s better to protect all that expensive and beloved music equipment, which I will likely have for many years. If I wanted to sell it eventually, it will be in better condition. Overall, it’s worth it for the peace of mind alone.

Excellent product, fits my Ableton Push 2 perfectly and looks very sleek. Feels high quality too. My only complaint is the price, which I assume is high because of import costs considering the product is made in the UK. I think it would be an excellent idea if DeckSaver expanded their operations to the US so customers in the Americas could purchase their products for less. Considering it's essentially just a plastic lid.

Love this product and their entire product line! Great, snug fit and very professional looking. Works well when I store the Push 2 for traveling and setup as well as leaving on the desk at home. Openings in the back allow the cables to be left plugged in. Polycarbonate plastic can take a good impact from anything. Excellent investment and way better than a vinyl or canvas cover. However, like other comments, I really wish the price was at least $25 less, considering how easy it is to make these and the inexpensive cost of plastic sheet material (I they just vacuum form over a wood mold that takes a few seconds, then some quick trimming and polishing)... materials and labor can't be that much to make. I'd love to get their other products for all my music equipment, but their pricing just doesn't give me any incentive.

I hesitated to buy this because it is quite pricey for a piece of plastic, but once I made the purchase, I was very happy with it. It fits nicely on top of the Push 2, but it doesn't lock on. This is not an issue for me at all. It provides great protection for the Push 2's encoder dials, yet leaves the connectors in the rear open so you can keep the Push connected to your computer, power supply, etc. I don't worry about spills with this cover on, nor do I worry about ceiling leaks, which occasionally occur. I carry my Push 2 back and forth to the school where I work in a spacious DJ backpack while riding a bike,, and the cover has always stayed on. I would highly recommend this if you don't mind the high pricetag.

Fits like a glove and keeps those pesky paws and dust off my gear. Unfortunately this order came in with a minor scratch, but I decided that’s likely going to happen in the future anyway and kept it. Still a bit expensive for plastic but it is very sturdy and a perfect fit.

The cover fits perfectly. At first I didn't want to purchase it, because the price was high. I tought I can make my own. However, I'm not a good handy man as I thought. My push 2 got dusty AF haha. I used to use t-shirts to cover my push 2, but it got dusty too, and didn't protect for when I wanted to put something on the push 2 (e.g. keyboard, harddisks, desk things). After a deep cleaning I said, I will buy this. It took me 5 years though. Now I can even put a drink on the push haha. If the price was lower, I would have rated this a 5 star.

I hate that the price tag is a bit steep but after receiving my new cover I am happy with my purchase. Feels durable and looks great. I love how my cables are still connected. But best of all it’s definitely gonna to protect my Push 2 from all the dust and cat hair. My only regret was waiting too long to purchase one.

Seems expensive for what it is, but totally worth it. If you're going to spend $800 on a piece of gear it's worth it to spend 10% of that protecting it. A durable protective cover that fits snugly. I enjoy the fact that I can flip it around and place my push in it while I'm using it so that it doesn't take up extra space while I'm actually using the push.

I have a Decksaver for my Deluge, Hydrasynth Explorer, and Novation Peak. Finally got this one for the Push 2. Same story as the rest: it's expensive, but it looks excellent, fits perfectly, and does a great job of keep all dust off the device.

Il couvre completement le Push2 et on peut le garder branché quand même ! Super! Note aux futurs acheteurs : Attention d'en prendre soin et ne rien mettre dessus , car il peut se rayer assez facilement. Sinon vraiment super produit ! Je recommande !

Passt wie angegossen und bietet somit optimalen Schutz. Eignet sich aber nicht als Teansportschutz da dieser Deckel einfach daraufgelegt wird ohne ihn fixieren zu können. Das war mir aber beim Kauf klar. Der Preis mag zwar teuerer sein aber ich nehme an dass es eine einmalige Investition war😉 hätte ich sie nicht würde ich sie nochmals kaufen

Queda perfectamente. Protege mi Push 2 de polvo y también tiene apariencia y calidad muy buena. Recomendo.
