Good day Amazon Shoppers, Let me start off by stating, I am not a medical professional. It is important to consult your doctor or primary care manager prior to supplementing. I have been using this product for about 3 months now. For your reference, I have added a few pictures. So why this product? There are three reasons I use this product: 1. Creatine Monohydrate. While researching, this version of creatine seems to be the most studied and safest option to supplement with. 2. For the known benefits of creatine. 3. For the cognitive effects (improved brain function) of creatine. 4. No taste (when mixed with 24 ounces of water). 4. I am a vegan (no meat, dairy, or animal-based foods). My normal workout routine is based on isometric (body weight only) short high-intensity workouts three to four times a week. These workouts are mainly full body cardio circuits. As a vegan, my creatine levels without supplementation are about the same as they were when I consumed meat. However, when I started supplementing with creatine my levels skyrocketed. With this increase, I noticed I was able to do cardio longer and I feel less fatigued when working on intense tasks at work. Please note, I am not saying this product is a magic solution to your workout routine and/or memory challenges. However, in my experience, I find creatine supplementation helps me push a little harder and further. So should I do a loading phase? What is a loading phase? There are different views on what is considered a loading phase. While researching, the common loading phase is 20g (4 servings) of creatine for seven days. After this loading phase, the maintenance phase is 5g (1 serving) daily. Personally, I chose to do a loading phase. However, I have friends that chose to not do one and they felt similar effects. Of course, a healthy diet with your exercise goals is paramount the a healthy you. Take charge of your health and see if this works for you. P.S...drink a lot of water; creatine can easily dehydrate you if you do not drink enough water. Will update after using for an extended period of time. I've bene using this creatine for years! Most creatine's come with some kind of flavor but this monohydrate is amazing. I drop a scoop in my coffee every morning and you can't even taste it! Definitely a recommended buy!

This is a great product for anyone looking to increase endurance, strength, or stamina. I took it to get back in shape to speed up my recovery time in between workouts. It literally cuts the time in half that it would normally take to recover. I like that it doesn't have a taste to it. You can mix it with anything, even water! I recommend this to anyone that is looking to get in shape or for bodybuilders looking to gain real mass. Great product!

You have to mix the product with something else for it to be edible. Also, it will settle and has to be constantly mixed. It will make your drink a little gritty but you can't taste a difference. All in all, great product and you get a lot of servings for what you pay for.

Since I've been taking this creatine I've been making gains each week. The best creatine I have ever taken I would highly recommend it!!!

This stuff is AMAZING! I've never used creatine before. Started training 6 months ago and decided I wasn't going to take anything like this till I reached a natural plateau. Well my bench was sitting around 72.5kg for a few weeks already when I started on this. It's been 2 weeks now and my bench is on 82.5kg! I'm just back from that session now and I'm so hyped about it that I had to write this up. I was hoping to make it to 80kg for Christmas. Today I did 80Kg for the first time and got 10 reps easy. So I put it up to 82.5Kg! Still 8 reps! Absolutely smashed my previous best of 75kg for 7 reps. Hoping that it'll continue into the next weeks at this rate. 85Kg next time? :)

The packaging displayed on the Amazon website is old - the new Universal Creatine I've received today does not contain Crea Pure Creatine. It is their own proprietary product now.
