Does it stick to hdpe?

I’ve used a lot of different epoxies. My first inclination is that this wouldn’t be applicable for hdpe.

Has anyone used this to replace pool tile that is underwater? Thanks!

It will not work, by that I mean last very long, used it to replace chrome ring around inground pool jet, lasted about a month. sorry. They have that new Flex Glue as ad on TV, thinking of trying it myself, that is supposed to work

Does this smooth with water, the way milliput or apoxie sculpt do? can i wet my finger and smooth the surface?
