The seller notified me beforehand of a part that could be defected and offered to send a replacement. They have been cooperative to do this. I did leave feedback for Amazon to check their product packaging and products for defects, because the original box from the seller came in an Amazon box. So they should've caught this before. But so far so good, I hope to get the replacement part and have my mom enjoy cooking with this utensil set. The color is a deep orange, I thought it was red, but it is a good color for the kitchen. I will possibly buy myself a set in the future since you can never have enough of these things. It has everything I usually use for cooking and price is very reasonable. ### ⭐ Nice idea *by P***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2017* I removed the plastic 'sleeve' over the utensils, and one of the pegs fell off. Then I noticed some of the utensils were askew. I looked and saw there were more pegs missing. Two pegs were broken off. I have only cooked with them a few time but I have ran them through the dishwasher as well as cooked with them and so far, I'm really happy with the quality of them! I don't keep them on the little rack thing that comes with it, I just keep them all in a drawer together so I can't comment on the spinning rack that comes with it. I do really like the grips on here and just really impressed with them thus far!This product was received at low cost for review, inspection and testing purposes.
