I got immediate relief from twitching, moving legs after I started using Hylands tablets. I've been using quinine for a while and it seemed to work for some time until it didn't. Turns out quinine isn't even good for you to be taking. The commercial stuff you buy here isn't even strong enough to even have any benefits at all, and if you take too much of it, it can be poison. So, just take Hylands Leg Cramp pills. They do work. Just one is all it takes. One under the tongue when you lay down for bed. Nighty night.

These 2 little pills work so fast, it is amazing. Coming home from a big day of skiing, leg cramps up, put 1-2 pills under my tongue, in minutes the cramping stops. Same thing, when I wake in the middle of the night with a leg cramp, grab this little bottle in my night stand,2 pills under the tongue and walla, cramping stops.

I've used the Hyland daytime for leg cramps and thought getting the PM would be better as that is when the majority of my leg cramps occur. It was my finding, though it might not be someone else's that I found it did not work as great as the original ones that I used. The PM ones were not working at all and I had to resort to my regular Hyland and it worked within less than a minute.

It works for me and quickly. Sometimes 3 will do it in 2-3 minutes. If not, I take 3 more. Helps me go right back to sleep, too.

It is good and I will buy it again.
