I took it to UPS and they told me $65 to send it back. I then contact the seller and was told that I could send it back pay the shipping and receive a partial refund. Why should I pay shipping and get a partial refund for something that never worked properly? Now after 4 uses it doesn't pick up the paper anymore. This machine and company are Trash. I lifted the item up to find a loose chain. I had to unscrew the cover to find the broken roller chain. Instead of going through the trouble of returning because I really want the item.
