This product is amazing! It works great! I only need a few drops of this to get a good nights sleep. I don’t wake up all groggy and foggy. I can always function better the next day after a good deep sleep.

Haven’t slept well for many years, I worked swing shift for 37 years, messed up my sleep cycle bad, have tryed prescribed drugs, over the counter, you name it, really don’t know what led me to Herbs deep sleep but boy has it been a blessing to me and my wife, I would roll and trist in bed and my said I snore terribly, not anymore, my only concern now is that you’ll stop making it, my doctor ask me about the last sleeping pill she prescribed for me, I told her I wasn’t taking it any more, I told her I was taking Herbs deep sleep, she at the ingredients on the label, she said it was fine, she said her son hadn’t ever slept well, she said her son should try it,thank for making something that works!

I use different brands/companies/personal businesses of herbal/holistic calming/sleep products. I believe to use different concoctions so your body does not built up a semi "no response" to the product. This product was added to about 7 different products I use and it work well. I use balms and lotions too. No RXs for me if I can help it. Used RXs, years ago for sleep, and it is so crappy on the system as far as side effects. At 68 I use no RXs for anything. I probably am blessed, but I did go through the big CA (cancer) over 10 years ago and going strong. For the CA I did use RXs/chemo, that was important or I would be dead now. So I am not putting down medications at all. Good luck!

Contains alcohol, not listed here under ingredients. I purchased a 1 ounce bottle of this at my local Natural Grocers, and it was very tasty and very effective. So I was looking to lower the price and ordered the 4 ounce bottle, not noticing that there was no nonalcoholic statement on the front of the label. The alcohol is 35 to 45%, so you’re not getting what you’re paying for, you’re paying for alcohol. This is what contributes to the terrible taste. I thought all the reviews were crazy because what I had purchased at the store was delicious. Terribly disappointed and will not order again. That little purple bar on the small bottle makes all the difference.

This works pretty well if I can’t fall asleep!

These drops really help me with sleeplessness. I only take 4-5 drops in a quarter cup of water. The dosage is 30 drops. I guess it varies with individual. I feel no side effects in the am.
