I was initially skeptical about picking out a dark roast, but these fragrant beans make wonderful AeroPress coffee. I haven't quite nailed down the recipe yet, but so far my default recipe of 8.5 grams of beans at 90° (inverted configuration, course grind, shallow soak for 90s, top off and brew for 60s, plunge slowly) makes for a rich and decadent cup of coffee that can be enjoyed black or with a splash of milk, with a deep flavor I can only describe as "golden"

I love this coffee. Some health conditions have required me to cut acid in my diet. This coffee allows me to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning with no side effects. They taste us wonderful and I appreciate that it’s organic.

I like the fact that this product is organic and mold tested. We enjoy a dark roast but this one was not bold enough for us. For the price there are other organic and mold free options.

This product is expensive. The coffee is good, but I think that you are paying for a product that is made by responsible growers and that is evaluated for its veracity by a third party. I am not sure that I will continue to buy this coffee because it is much more expensive than the usual coffee I buy, but if you want to do something good for the planet and responsible growers, it is a good investment.

I read the reviews and was really excited to try this Dark Roast organic coffee. I feel coffee taste vary, it is a personal thing and while I believe the reviews here on Amazon are totally legit I almost wonder what I am missing here? Did I get a different bag of brew than everyone else? There is nothing dark or robust about the flavor of this coffee and it was noticable as soon as I opened the bag. I brewed it in my French coffee press even I added more than the usual grounds and less water and let it brew longer. Still nope. I am not a coffee snob! I just like strong black coffee. I can't imagine how weak this would have been with anything added to it. I love that they care about the planet + this is organic healthy and if the flavor had been right I would buy it again for all the right reasons. This if for the people that like it dark and strong like me, you have been warned. 3 stars for all the right reasons - minus 2 for the weak flavor and price.

More than I usually spend on coffee, but so smooth and delicious. Requires very little sugar. Will buy again!

Honestly this roast is solid, I'd compare it to Starbucks. I do notice that the acid is definitely reduced when I drink this compared to other brands. I'll continue to use. Sincerely, a reflux sufferer.

The coffee is good, but I ordered whole bean- and ended up getting ground. Not a huge deal, but would prefer whole bean so I can control the grind. Worth the buy!

I'm not sure what I did but I thought I clicked on a 900g bag but nope I bought a 340g bag for $32C. I would've never done that on purpose. And no the flavour is not worth it. It's not terrible but definitely nothing special. Disappointed I wasn't more careful. K

Very expensive coffee extremely weak I bought the dark roast beans. I have to use two times what they recommend and it still comes out incredibly weak. Based on that, I’m gonna have to use three times to recommend it about so this coffee is not even gonna last a week at that price not for me not worth it.

The taste is very mild so in my case I just add an extra scoop I find the kick is very subtle I filled out a coupon for a free bag but haven’t received it so I’ve been a little resurveyed from ordering again , but at the end of the day it’s not a bad coffee
