A little too basic
The book is better suited to someone looking for a general introduction to the Creative Cloud, than someone who actually wants to get anything done with a particular software. Some of the instructions can be a little bit vague - it will tell you how to modify dimensions of a page (in Photoshop or InDesign), but won't give you specific dimensions to use for that lesson in particular. This isn't great from an Instructional Design point of view. It's better to tell the user which dimensions to use, so that the method for changing the dimensions is reinforced in their mind. This is just one example, there are other similar issues but this is the easiest to explain to make my point. There are other minor problems, like some images being too low in their resolution, or zoomed in too close so that you can't make out which part of your screen you're supposed to be looking at to find what's being shown in the book.

Firstly, not the book I ordered. Secondly a very elementary brush through its variety of topics. Thirdly, I wanted an in-depth book specifically on Adobe Bridge.
