Wanted to like this brand, but apparently they’re in it for the money.
I really wanted to like this brand, PNW, but after this scenario, I don’t think I’ll purchase anything from them again. I got the dropper post, as well as their handlebars, the range. I was really excited to match their lever with the rubber band on this dropper post. So I ordered the orange color and when it arrived it doesn’t even fit. It’s way too big and loose. What a waste of money and time.
