Nice battery
Nice battery. It costs about half of the cost of the same battery from the device company. It will likely last as long as the backup device.

Good replacement battery
I’ve had an APC back up UPS ES-550 for several years. My battery recently died and I bought this as a replacement. Very easy to install and works perfectly. I like that it has many outlets for all my electronics to plug into. Difficult to estimate longevity at this time since I’ve only had it for a week.

Fit perfectly, works flawlessly.
My backup system is a few years old now so I was worried the battery wouldn't fit. But it did. Transaction was smooth. Delivery was fast. Product fit exactly like original equipment. Operates flawlessly while holding a great charge for backup.

Died after 5 months
It was an easy replacement, just like the stock battery but it only lasted 5 months. I bought this in July and..just in time for Christmas...it's dead & won't charge. Spend the extra money to get a real replacement.

Fits the same as the OEM battery, easy install
Pretty easy to install, even on my hands and knees under the desk. Fits just like the original. Original lasted in excess of 7 years, impossible to tell how long this will last, but the price was significantly lower than the cost to purchase another OEM battery.

This replacement battery worked perfectly! Just hooked it up 2 days ago and guess what power went out today on Christmas!
