SO AWESOME
I bought these because I have lymphedema after cancer treatment. WARNING -- If you have short legs like I do, these are not shorts. I have the leggings, and they have to be rolled up. The capris go to my ankles. The shorts hit a few inches below my knees. BUT... they are SUPER comfortable, give great compression, I love the massaging action of the fabric, they control tummy and thigh jingle, and are light and breathable despite their thickness. They are perfect!

Lipedema support 10/10
Wish I'd bought these sooner! I've been buying cheap imitations for years, meanwhile my lipedema got worse. To the point it is now painful. These are comfortable and long enough to cover my entire thigh. Pain is gone. They look smooth under dress pants. Just bought another!

Good fit
I wear compression shorts for post-op lymphedema, and my main issue with most of them is that they do not provide full thigh coverage, so there is a lumpy bulge halfway down that is visible even when wearing jeans. From the picture, I was hoping these were as long as they appear, and they are. I am 5' 4", and they come all the way down to just above the knee. No more thigh-muffin-top. They are comfortable and provide reasonably good compression. I was a bit wary of ordering them, based on a couple reviews I read that complained about an odor. When I got them, they did have a mild odor, but I hand washed them in mild detergent, and that got rid of it. So, the good points are: full thigh length and coverage, lightweight, and comfortable. The not-so-good points: the waist is quite high, so no muffin top, but because I have a short waist, it tends to roll down. And I do wish that it came in a bit stronger compression. But overall, I am happy with them and would order them again.

Amazing!
These were a life saver after surgery. The garment from the surgeon just fit but did not compress. I’m 105lbs and size small/medium provides the compression I needed so desperately. Plus they’re soft, comfy and easy to pull up and down. They also easily hidden under clothes. I’m going to order a second one so I can alternate and wash regularly. They wash great too! Most garments on the market start at size medium, it took me a month to find one that fit, totally worth the wait!

Phenomenal Shorts: I’m 5’8” and I Found These Akin to Capris
Ohmygod, ohmygod, ohmygod: love these shorts, allow me to explain. I was admitted to the ER in Juneau, Alaska after being woozy and falling in my bathroom (I’m only 52 years old). It turned out that the lymphedema I was experiencing, in addition to hypoglycemia, I was also experiencing hypotension at the same time. Hospital staff recommended that I wear compression garments that were quite costly and not covered by insurance. I did my research and decided upon purchasing garments from this company. Yes: when you pull the shorts/pants out of the package, you may be alarmed, or laugh as I did - there is NO way in heck that these will fit me. However, some shimmying moves, a little bit of grunting, fulminated in a “hug”from this product and my innate ability to sing Amazing Grace out loud in front of my dogs (both Labradorians, who were equally happy to contribute their own voices to my sing, as well as “paw” bump me for a job well done). I am 5’8” tall. I found this compression garment to be more of a capri length than a short length. Perhaps I should have purchased one size smaller? I decided to order one size bigger because of other reviews. Perhaps, if you’re like me, we’re hospitalized, and ended up losing a huge amount of fluid, you may want to size down.

Clothing Aid to Control Lymphedema
Last fall I was diagnosed with lymphedema in both legs from thighs down into toes. My lymphedema therapist specifically recommended Bio Flex compression garments as part of my long term treatment program. I was on the border line between a 3xl and a 4xl and bought one of each size. After trying both on I opted to wear the larger size. My initial purchase in early spring 2023 was the leggings but found the combination of 20-30 mmHG knee high compression socks and the leggings was uncomfortable. I switched to the shorts and it was a good solution. Overall the garments are comfortable and for me a better solution than thigh high compression stockings which I tried. I wear them every day but do not sleep in them. I would like a little more support in the inside upper thigh. They are well made and holding up well. I have not had any issues with weak seams in the crotch. One pair has a few pulls on the side from where I snagged it. I consider that normal wear and tear. The garments are easy to care for, just throw them in the washer on delicate cycle with a small amount of soap and hang them up to dry. I usually wash 4 pairs at a time and have found they dry quickly. I have 6 pairs of the shorts in black, one pair of black leggings, and one pair of the flesh colored leggings. I do not like the flesh color because it is too pink. Since my spring purchases, I have lost 22 pounds and am solidly in the 3xl range. The 4xl continue to provide good support and I am holding off buying the smaller size because I need to lose about 20 more pounds before hip replacement surgery. When I meet that goal I should be down to the 2xl size range.

This is almost life changing…
This is almost an excellent product. -I have purchased the size for my height, weight. CHECK! Perfect there. -This feels amazing! YES something that isn’t too hideously priced, well…almost…wish it fit my budget just a might better because I desperately need this and I’m on a limited budget… -Ok here is what would actually make this a 5 star product. The bottom cuffs slide up and the top rolls down. PAIN IN THE B#@*! Come on guys, quality companies use silicone bumps…you know those non slip grippies they put on socks in the hospital to keep you from flying across the floor? I have those on my professional grade compression sock and they are the best thing EVER! They never roll down and I love them. I also have a pair of Nylons I wear with a dress that has them and same thing they don’t roll down any they are no where as expensive as these. These desperately need about 5 rows of the silicone nubbies along the upper body to keep it from rolling down the belly/body, then some around the leg cuff to keep them from sliding up. What’s the point of using it for compression if it doesn’t stay in place and I am going around trying to pull it up all day. Need a pair of suspenders here or something. If I bought a bigger pair it would still roll off and the leg cuff would be too big as the leg cuff is already just slightly loose. -Next issue to fix, (and others have complained about this) after just 3 uses the crotch wore out and became thin and stretched out. If you put ANY stress on the front crotch area where the stitching comes together in front, that area will start to run. I’m sorry these re just TOO expensive for them to just start running like that especially when you have to run your hands around inside and work them up, you are going to put stress on them while you work them up, that what happens. And creating runs pulling them up should not happen within a few days. That is just not right. -Here is what is seriously wrong with the stitching in this product. The crotch is not stitched properly and that is the main reason it gets runs in the front. I get swelling in my entire leg all the way up my thigh to the inner thigh. This item cannot be pulled up to the inner crotch, but instead does a strange thing almost like a horse shoe seam from one leg to the next so you can never actually get the entire suit pulled up into the crotch area without doing some really weird finagling. If you do try and do that, that is what causes the extra stress on the crotch area that ruins the suit, because it does not actually have a real built in crotch. It’s quite odd actually. Because of this I find, that I still get upper leg swelling between my thighs in the upper area, if I do not get it pulled up exactly all the way into the crotch, but I am a bit afraid to do so because I will ruin another expensive pair. Because some comfort and swelling control of my lymphedema is better than none? It’s sort of a danged if you do danged if you don’t but these have been the best comp pant I have found so far because they have truly worked. They have helped me sleep for the first time IN YEARS. Pain has been reduced in my legs at night and I had no idea what it was that was keeping me awake. If I could get them to fix these 2 things, this would be a 5 star item and worth every penny.
