Arrived on time this time (last order of smaller size from months ago still shows "delayed in shipping"). I like having peppers on the shelf whenever I decide to cook something, without running to the store in winter, or finding them in the fridge mushy and molding. Convenient way to have them on hand. Throw into a pot or saucepan while cooking and they're indistinguishable from fresh when served. Only thing they can't do is salad where the fresh crunch is needed lol

I honestly think as a single fellow that this line of products is going to save me hundreds of dollars. I'm retired and do my own "from scratch" cooking. Be honest: How many times have you retrieved half dead peppers from your refrigerator? This stuff rehydrates well and gives you the option of only having to use the amount you need. How many times have you seen "Use half a pepper" in a recipe?

Tough to find sweet bell peppers in the store! Happy to find this and the quality and quantity for these!

I think they're severely overpriced I don't know why people are gouging but the flavor doesn't have food

Tastes great, just expensive for what you get.

I bought this large jar and thought boy I'm never going to use all of this but it is easy. I put in chili. I put in Alfredo dinners. I have a rice cooker and put in with rice and it tastes good. I recommend to try.

Quality & taste are spot on.

This will make cooking much easier than chopping everything up. Long shelf life.
