How is this product's expiry?

Not sure of the timeline - but it is a long shelf life even after opening. Great product and great taste. A hint for use - mix it with Mirin or Japanese cooking wine - and marinade meats. Great way to use the product up.

Has anyone else received this 64 fl oz with the mayonnaise separated?

I've purchased two of those big bottles because my family loves it. But there has never been any separation of the ingredients. If it were me I would send it back without opening the bottle. I have had at least 10 bottles of different sizes over the last year and I've never seen any separation of the product at all. We love this and use it as a dipping sauce, a salad dressing and even put it on meats before they are cooked on the BBQ or boiler. YUM!!!!
