Great item. It really works.

Let me start by saying that I don’t normally leave reviews. However, this deserves special mention. We have a sleep number adjustable split king. We also have a lovely golden retriever who thinks she’s the baby and can sleep between mom and dad. Well, this causes our split king to slide apart about 6 inches each night. We finally reached our limit with the bed, not the baby, lol and went to look for something to help us out. So, after seeing the design and reviews, decided this might work for our sleep number. Now, we did have to put the cover on top of our sheets as again it’s a split adjustable king and we sleep differently but we put a sheet over the top and you can’t tell it’s there or we’re sleeping on another sheet. This is the best purchase we’ve made!! Our bed has not moved an inch!!! I highly recommend!! If things change, I’ll update but for now, this deserves 5 stars!!!!!!

So, the product does work, however for us it didn't. Could be that we have foam mattresses...? When I layed down after getting it attached, it immediately bunched up and got crinkled. Maybe if I had a firmer mattress it would work better. That being said it was pretty easy to put on, and the straps stayed on tight while no one was on it, but I expect it to still work after I lay down, and it doesn't. I think if it covered more surface area as well it would work better. It keeps the mattresses together, but there's still a gap on either side of the binder so it's like it's not even there in the first place. I wanted to like it, but I just don't.

Measure your mattress first before you buy. The one I ordered was just long enough to go around both mattresses.

The strap doesn't hold for crap. Can not tighten it. The buckle at the end comes apart if tighten to much. The beds move anyway. Then when sleeping on strap. It bundles together to make a knot that cuts off circulation to my back and legs. need better buckles and stronger cloth!

We have been looking for a product that would solve the issue of our XL split king mattresses separating constantly, leaving a huge gap between us and making it impossible to snuggle. This product absolutely solved that issue. After a week, I've had to tighten the straps slightly only once, and it has kept our mattresses together perfectly. The width of the bridge is also ideal for our inMotion adjustable beds. As far as other reviews suggesting the straps are cheap or the material too thin, I haven't found that to be the case at all. As with any product, take care of it, and it will take care of you. Once installed, simply place your fitted sheet over the mattresses or use a soft blanket instead which also reinforces the bridge. At first we thought this would be the cure for the gap between our adjustable bed mattresses. But no, all it does is disappear into the gap making the gap wider.
