Do you wear just the part that connects to your body and put the tube on and off, or do you keep tube on? If so, where do you tuck it in between uses?

Great question! You keep the tube attached to the connecting part, and you just slip the tube upwards in-between uses. Bikini style underwear the tubing can be tucked easily into the underwear through the leg openings. If you wear briefs or "boyshort" styles that might have a fly opening (I prefer this style when I go camping and such) you could slip the tubing out through fly and then tuck the tubing back into the fly after use.

Ultimately, however you find it most comfortable is the best way to tuck the tubing away!

Can this worn if you move around alot? Like with sports?

This might depend on the sport and on the wearer. Repeated squatting motions remove the pressure from the thighs that keeps Spouti™ in place which can lead to shifting. However, we have heard reports of great success using some skin-safe adhesive strips to create a firm "cradle" of sorts using the skin that covers Spouti™.

How long is the tubing?

The Spouti comes standard with roughly 10 inches of tubing attached and a 2nd 10 inch tube for backup/replacement.

We currently cannot offer the 20" replacement pack on Amazon, but you can find it available on the main Spouti website!
