Cleaning it took about 15 minutes, on the other hand, due to the need for disassembly and being extra cautious with the blades (both to not cut myself or to damage the blades). Would this work for chicken breast?** A: It works beautifully on chicken breasts...we just put them through once. We use ours also, for boneless pork chops to make pork cutlets and for tougher cuts of beef for chicken fried steak or swiss steak...some of those we put through twice and nothing is ever left tuff.
