This replacement our exact glass top that shattered. A sad messy experience was easily fixed by this product.

Extremely happy with this upgrade. This added so much counter space when the stove is not in use.

Glass top shattered when camper was left alone during a hike. The top covers the burners and makes for a good looking countertop. Dometic customer service was unresponsive, noting it was user error and wouldn't replace.

Was going to buy this to replace one in our new RV, the hinge design is flawed. To put it back down you are supposed to lift it, and it's designed to break the hinge if you put it down wrong. Well, turns out that a lot of people break these hinges while looking at new RV's. Searching some forums and finding that people who replaced theirs ended up with the same problem again. I might replace it if the glass ever gets broken, but otherwise will use a chip clip to hold in place when open.

I’ve had this on my matching dometic stove for only 6 months and am not impressed with the quality at all. The glass top scratches VERY easily. I read other reviews saying this before purchasing but figured if I was careful it would hold up. NOT the case! It scratches deploy if even something brushes it lightly. On top of that for an RV stovetop cover the fitment is not good. Rattles constantly while driving even after retightening everything. On our last 20k road trip I resorted to making a custom cover to stop the noise and preserve my sanity. I have multiple dometic products and this is the worst. Better off not using a cover at all. Not recommended.
