Logitech M185 Compact Ambidextrous Wireless Mouse with Rubber Grips - Blue

I bought this mouse at the same time as my laptop almost two years ago and I'm still using the exact same mouse today. It's nothing fancy, but it hasn't failed me, so why replace it? If it ain't broke, don't fix it! lol Everything still works perfectly. The mouse moves smoothly, the buttons don't skip a beat, and the wheel will scroll until your heart is content. I've also never had the wireless connection drop on me, even after using it this long. And believe it or not, I still haven't changed the battery! I honestly didn't even realize that until writing this review. The little USB receiver is great too. It stays where you put it, doesn't get in the way, and honestly you wouldn't even know it's there unless you went looking for it. I've used this thing for college, work, trading and everyday computer use for almost two years. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated—it just works. Almost two years later and still going. Easy 5 stars from me.

Well after going through 2 Logitech M215's over the last 7(?) years it was time for a change. The current one was skipping and getting inconsistant.,,so I reluctantly said good bye to it and lit up a Logitech1383 I'd bought. I chose it because of good reviews and started using it. It worked instantly when I turned the switch on the underside. The pointer was a pleasure compared to the old 215 which was my reason for switching...then the wheel. Well it was terribly stiff. I had to push the wheel a little to the left, to get it to turn. Trying to use the scrolling clicking it on with the button was terrible. Inconsistent and hard to control. I tried rolling and rolling it to loosen up(dried lubrication?). Nothing made it smoother. Ok I had also bought some time ago a new M185. After the poor scrolling of the 1383, I was ready for anything. Oh boy what a surprise...smooooth as silk. The pointer flowed across the screen and the rolling wheel was scary it was so soft and smooth. I was done, hopefully for another 7 years!

Perfect for your laptop when your on the go. Fits hand easily. Easy connection to your laptop pretty much plug and play.

I CHOOSE TO RETURN THE ITEM. WROTE THAT IT DIDN'T WORK BUT IT DOES, JUST NOT THE WAY I THOUGHT IT WOULD. I'M NOT SURE IF I NEEDED IT TO RESET BUT I DIDN'T PLUG IN THE DONGLE FOR IT. I HAD A DIFFERENT DONGLE/KEYBOARD+MOUSE. I JUST THOUGH IT WOULD WORK WITH THE DONGLE I ALREADY HAD SO I DIDN'T PLUG THAT IN AND ALSO THE MOUSE DIDN'T LIGHT UP OR BLINK OR ANYTHING WHEN I FLIP THE MOUSE SWITCH ON/OFF/ON SO I THOUGHT IT WASN'T WORKING. IT JUST DOESN'T LIGHT/BLINK OR WORK WITH MY LOGI(TECH) DONGLE.

This is a VERY GOOD mouse, especially at the price. I paid $14.00 for it. I personally consider it to be a great mouse, for MY particular needs. I purchased it for a PC based Home Theater System. I don't need all of the extra programmable buttons and do-dads, that more expensive mice come with, but another person might. So generally speaking, it is not for everyone. But if you want a simple, well functioning, basic featured mouse, I recommend this one.

The compact, contoured ambidextrous design fits naturally in the hand, making it comfortable for hours of clicking, scrolling, and navigating without hand fatigue. It’s lightweight and easy to slide into a laptop bag or workstation organizer, yet it feels sturdy and well-constructed.

Easy to use and very compact. Much easier to use than a mouse with a plug-in by wire.

I’ve been spending a lot of time on the computer during my work day and I have been needing to get a mouse instead of using my laptop trackpad. I love this mouse! I click A LOT and it’s not loud at all. The clicks are quiet and soothing. I like how it keeps my hand from cramping and getting stiff. I also travel from office to office so the mouse spends a lot of time in my backpack. It is easy to transport and I love how it comes with batteries already. All you have to do is plug the USB part in and you’re good to go.

Excellent wireless mouse for everyday use. Easy to set up, comfortable to hold, and the battery lasts a long time. Smooth tracking and reliable performance at a great price.

I love the size of this mouse, and how small it is. I have very small hands (for reference, I have to use child sized oven mitts, because regular sized ones are so big on me, they fall right off my arms). So I find most computer mouses (mice?) to be too big for me. But with this one, my index and middle fingers naturally fall where the left and right buttons are, without any strain. And I can hold the mouse comfortably while resting my wrist on my desk, instead of having to hover my hand. That's really important to me. The mouse comes with a battery inside, and works as soon as you plug the dongle in. The buttons are very loose, take no effort to click, and the click sound is nice and satisfying. This will be my go to mouse from now on, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone with small hands.
