Yes, kinda. They supply a tiny screwdriver, so you might want a full sized #2 Phillips screw driver for the wall mount screws. The little screw driver works well for the router lockdown plate that secures the router to the mounting bracket. NOTE: If the drywall is not at least 3/8 thick with paper on BOTH sides, the supplied drywall anchors will just ruin the wall (from experience). Get a different type of anchor. The mounting holes are too far apart to get both screws in a single stud.

Is there enough space to run ethernet?

Yes, since the ethernet port are on the corner of the unit in the back, there is more than enough room for the ethernet cables as well as the power cord.
