I 100% recommend this machine for a bad back. **Q: I used to roller blade, 20 miles a day, is this similar? Does it support weight loss (with healthy diet of course?)** A: I'm not sure about that. The app does not work and after a month of trying to get support from seller with no reply and no pick up on their alleged customer support line after sitting with the phone on speaker for over two hours (just to see if they actually have a customer support line). The app always says "Something went wrong. Try again in a few minutes..". Well a few minutes has turned into weeks, to no avail. This may have been a viable product at one time but no more. The owner is just squeezing the last few pennies out of its remaining inventory in the shell of a seemingly dead company.
